Kitesurfing and More at Pleasant Beach, Lake Erie (Repost)

Only 20 minutes from Buffalo. Canada's Pleasant Beach in Sherkston, Ont. has white sandy beaches, clear water, add wind and this beach comes alive with Surfers, boogie boarders, and kitesurfers. It's like your in another world, well it is another country. Canadians know how to use their beaches.

I have kitesurfed at Pleasnt Beach a few years ago when visiting family, in Buffalo. The beach is great people were surfing and the kitesurfing was way better than I ever would have dreamed. It was like the ocean but better because the water was fresh, not salty. This is a great blog, I found it on kiteblog.com.

Thanks, MIAMI MIKE

i'm just working into this scene. i've been playing around with a trainer kite and bought my first kite/board setup to try on my local lake (lake chautauqua) can anyone recommend a good impact vest that provides some flotation. i'd just like to be safe as i start progressing to my larger kite.
